When my husband and I married 12 years ago, we inherited his grandparents 50 year old farm house as our first home.  It was stucco, had a stamp-sized front porch, double pane windows that didn't open, and other problems due to wear and age. When we decided to remodel a bathroom, we talked to several different companies. Fred Henry stood out from the rest- he spent time listening to our ideas for the future, and did a fantastic turn-key job.

So it was natural when we took the big step of a complete outside remodel including brick - new windows, porches, the works - that Fred Henry Construction would be the ones to trust. It was a huge project- not without some weather-induced problems. Fred and his crew handled each one in a timely and satisfactory manner. The third, but not final, job was adding on a master suite, complete with a courtyard and fire pit. Fred Henry Construction will be doing our kitchen remodel in the near future. I can't tell you the number of people who think we tore down our old house and built a new one- that is the quality of the workmanship! We jokingly invite people in to "the house that Fred built", but I can tell you we have never been happier in our "new" home.

In 1985 we did a major addition to our house. The experience was a nightmare and we are still "fixing" all the problems. Then in about 2005 we did one bathroom. Much more pleasant, until the painter came—another nightmare! We had waited so long after the first one because we just didn't know who to call or who to trust.

That bath experience was better, but we did not want to use the same people again. So, a friend found the ad for Fred Henry Construction in the newspaper and I called. The kitchen and two bathrooms needed desperate attention. The kitchen and one bath were original from 1974, flocked wallpaper and all. The other bath was from the first remodel/addition (it had problems from the beginning in 1985).

I now have a beautiful kitchen and two great bathrooms. As remodels go, this was by far the best experience. We would call Fred Henry Construction for any work we need done from now on. A wonderful experience, with wonderful, caring people. I had lost my mother's wedding ring and could not find it but thought it was somewhere in the kitchen. The guys demolishing the kitchen found that ring, could have pocketed it, but they didn't. Those guys were so caring and sweet when they brought me that ring!

After the work was finished, there were minor things that needed attention, which is normal, and they came out and fixed them in record time. We would recommend Fred Henry Construction to anyone, without hesitation. Thank you Stephen and all the crew, I LOVE my remodel!!
